Mr. Lujan earned his Masters in Business Administration from Denver University in Denver Colorado. Mario has over two decades of Stereotactic Navigation and medical device integration experience. He thrives on team building and developing new relationships within the healthcare industry. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, swimming with dolphins, and playing 70’s funk music on his banjo.

Mr. Izaguirre attended the University of California, Santa Barbara where he studied English literature, eventually helping grow his interest in creative writing. Junior enjoys reading the works of Garcia-Marquez, Orwell and Neruda in his spare time. Mr. Izaguirre comes to Coast Surgical with over ten years of image guidance navigation experience in Neuro/Spine surgery. He is also kept busy by his three-year old son who enjoys wrestling and practicing Jiu-Jitsu submissions on his dad, so far Junior has only had to tap out four times...

Ms. Burke has an extensive background in Operations working for a Fortune 500 healthcare company. Sarah uses her decade of experience in health & wellness to help her customers experience what it means to make what’s important to them vital to her. Before joining Coast Surgical, she spent the prior six years as an Account Manager in the medical device industry. She also enjoys walking her two dogs - Donnie and Lilly - and spends her Friday nights knitting them new matching outfits.

Ms. MacBean graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology. With a passion for the medical industry and a drive to make a meaningful impact, she thrives on building strong connections and providing innovative solutions. When not working, you can find her staying active at group fitness classes, finding the best happy hour deals, or fighting the crazy cat lady allegations.

Ms. Duval graduated from Louisiana State University with a degree in Biology. With a strong passion for the healthcare field, she is driven by a desire to help others while consistently meeting—and exceeding—goals. Outside of work, you’ll often find her on the soccer field, exploring the outdoors, diving into a good book, or seeking out new experiences to challenge and inspire her. Whether in the field or in her free time, Cameron brings energy, curiosity, and dedication to everything she does, including competitive duck herding.

Jentry Lee
Training Manager

Ms. Lee brings over a decade of experience in the health and wellness space, blending her background in health sciences and fitness with a talent for connecting with people. She’s known for turning relationships into lasting partnerships, building solid teams, and going the extra mile, treating her clients' needs as her own. When she’s not in the field, she’s being pulled through the trail by her huskies, negotiating couch space with her cats, or digging into her vegetable garden. In the kitchen, her kale salad, veggie enchiladas, and chocolate chip cookies have earned a bit of a cult following. On weekends, she’s usually chasing a toddler while cheering for her older kiddo from the sidelines. She also possesses a surprising talent to be able to guess the number of jelly beans in a jar, and if found incorrect - she will simply eat the difference.

Dominique Marlin Andrews

Ms. Marlin Andrews graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Integrative Biology, where she was also a Division I athlete on the Women’s Rowing team. She then pursued a Master of Public Health at Temple University. Her background bridges scientific knowledge, athletic discipline, and a deep-rooted commitment to healthcare equity, driving her to bring purpose, energy, and innovative solutions to every professional interaction. Outside of work, you can find her baking up something sweet, enjoying time outdoors, or hosting a wine and cheese night with friends and family where she's most likely in charge of lint rolling each person’s jacket.

Mrs. Garas graduated from the School of Pharmacy in Alexandria, Egypt. With a background as a pharmacist and a strong passion for healthcare and medical devices, she brings dedication, empathy, and a natural talent for connecting with people and building lasting relationships. Outside of work, Mrs. Garas enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter—crafting, painting, or hosting cozy movie nights together. When she’s not with her family, you’ll likely find her tending to her garden, caring for her plants, proudly wearing her Boy Scouts uniform on the weekends or playing with their dog, Rio, an enthusiastic Kansas City Chiefs fan.

Ms. Gelbart earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University’s Fowler College of Business and brings valuable experience from her previous role as a Marketing Manager, where she built strong relationships and worked closely with clients and teams. Outside of work, Noy loves spending time at the beach, being outdoors, and attending live music events and festivals. Also, her middle name translates to Triton.

Outside of work, she enjoys taking or instructing Pilates, traveling, searching for the best carne asada burrito in town, and spending time with her girlfriends watching the latest hit TV shows—especially YouTube videos with cats.

She was also apart of UCLA’s Division I Women’s Rowing team and conducted research on the circadian rhythm.
